You have the entire upper level with a private entrance: three bedrooms, living room, formal dining room, full kitchen and bath. The lower unit is separately occupied and the backyard is not included.

Yes. Three bedrooms (queen, double and single beds) mean children can have their own rooms. Up to six guests in total.

Not in the upper unit. A pet lives in the lower unit, so guests with allergies should ask before booking.
