“William’s place was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. William was very helpful and responsive when we needed him, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was convenient. I took several walks while there and enjoyed the neighborhood. We certainly would book here again.”

“Second time staying at Williams great place and another terrific experience. The place is large, clean, private, sunny, has great a/c, and is well located close to good ice cream, friendly neighbors and easy street parking. William and team are proactive, responsive, friendly and attentive. So appreciative of this place and the team!”

“A lovely second floor apartment with a well-stocked kitchen, 3 comfy beds, in a quiet neighborhood. We visited in May and the gardens of nearby houses were lovely! AC worked, though most days were fine with ceiling fans. Wiliam is friendly and if we had had anything go wrong I know he'd have made it right. Nothing went wrong :) We would stay here again (and plan to)”

“This is my second stay at William's place and my family and I had another perfectly pleasant stay. Parking is always easy and the place is very comfortable and convenient. We came in on an unseasonably warm day and William took extra care to make sure the a/c was running for us.”

“Our two adult sons joined us for our visit to see family during the Thanksgiving weekend. This was our first time to stay at William's Airbnb. We had a wonderful experience. William was very quick to answer my questions before I made our reservations and was equally responsive to my questions after I booked our stay. The duplex was perfect for the four of us. Nice quiet neighborhood close to lots of options for food and fun.…”

“William was an excellent host. When we had a question, he replied with an answer immediately. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room to sit in the living room and visit. The kitchen was very organized which made it easy to find things. This was close to the places we needed to go while staying in St. Paul and the parking space in front of the house made it convenient.”

“We had a great stay at William's place. It was just as described on the Air-BnB site and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was centrally located and there were a ton of things to do in the area. Lastly, the space was clean and enjoyable. It was the perfect size for me and my family. I would definitely reserve again, as it was a cozy and comfortable spot.”

Airbnb is where most guests find us. Direct is how they stay.

Thirty nights or more, booked direct.

  • One quote, whole stay

A single written price for the full month, cleaning included. Nothing charged until you say yes.

  • No platform fee

Airbnb adds a service fee to every reservation. Direct stays of 30+ nights skip it.

  • Month to month

Extend by asking. Leave early with notice. Decisions in a transition rarely keep a calendar.

  • A host, not a portal

William has hosted this home for nine years and replies within the hour. Ask for the small things.

Stays under 30 nights are booked on our Airbnb listing (opens in a new tab). After your first stay, returning guests can book direct for any length.

William's place is in a quiet neighborhood and is so comfortable that I put off starting my daily adventures, sitting on the comfy chair, enjoying a 2nd cup of coffee, watching the local news.

All questions
What is the minimum stay?

Stays of 30 nights or more are booked directly with us. Shorter stays are booked through our Airbnb listing, where the home carries a 4.95 rating across 260 reviews.

Why book 30+ nights directly instead of on Airbnb?

Direct stays avoid the platform service fee, get a single written quote for the whole stay, and can be extended month to month by simply asking. You deal with William, not a portal.

Is the whole house mine?

You have the entire upper level with a private entrance: three bedrooms, living room, formal dining room, full kitchen and bath. The lower unit is separately occupied and the backyard is not included.

Can I bring my children?

Yes. Three bedrooms (queen, double and single beds) mean children can have their own rooms. Up to six guests in total.

Stayed before? Returning guests book direct, any length.
